On December 20, Ararat Governor Garik Sargsyan filed a lawsuit in the Ararat and Vayots Dzor Marz Courts of General Jurisdiction against 168 Zham LLC, seeking a public retraction of allegedly slanderous statements and compensation for the damage caused to his honour and dignity. Court proceedings are ongoing.
