On September 16, Vayots Dzor Governor Trdat Sargsyan filed a lawsuit to the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against human rights defender Artak Galstyan, demanding that he apologise publicly. The Noyan Tapan Information Centre was recognised as a third party in the case. On September 30, the case was accepted for court proceedings.
