On September 5, former Chairman of the State Revenue Committee Vardan Harutyunyan filed a lawsuit in the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against Investigative Journalists NGO with claims of compensation of damage cause to honor and dignity and public refutation of the factual information considered as slander. On September 12, the application was accepted for court proceedings.
