On August 16, Vahe Parazyan's father, Ashot Parazyan, filed a lawsuit to the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against Tert.am LLC, the founder of the news site "tert.am", seeking a public retraction of allegedly defamatory statements and compensation for the damage caused to his honour and dignity. On August 28, the lawsuit was accepted into court proceedings.
