On August 15, Vahe Parazyan filed a lawsuit to the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against Tert.am LLC, the founder of the news site "tert.am", seeking a public retraction of allegedly defamatory statements and compensation for the damage caused to his honour and dignity. On August 26, the case was accepted for court proceedings.
