On May 30, Lara Aharonyan, Head of the NGO “Women’s Resource Center” filed a lawsuit to the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against the journalistic organisation “Mirror” and “Live News Media” LLC, demanding compensation of AMD 2 million for damage to reputation and dignity. The plaintiff claims a video released on two news sites is disinformation and contains libel. On 28 June, court proceedings on the case were opened.
