On February 12, the businessman Vahe Hakobyan filed a lawsuit to the Yerevan Court of General Jurisdiction against Syunyats Ashkharh LLC. The third person involved in the case was CHAP Chemical LLC (the founder of GALA TV), claiming compensation of one million AMD for damage to its honor and dignity and seeking a public apology. On April 26, the case was remitted to the court archive.
