The Arbitration Court of Moscow partially satisfied the claim of Rosneft against Sobesednik and Oleg Roldugin. They were ordered to refute the article about Lunnaya Polyana, Vladimir Putin’s «personal ski resort», which was registered in Rosneft’s name. In its lawsuit, the company demanded to pay RUB 500 million in reputational damage (jointly from the journalist and the media), remove six controversial text fragments, and publish a refutation. The court satisfied the claims only partially: it found all of the disputed fragments false and defamatory and ordered the defendants to publish a refutation. The plaintiff was denied compensation for reputational damage.
