All of the detained employees of the Press Club were interrogated in the Financial Investigations Department of the State Control Committee. They are being held as suspects in a criminal case under Part 2 of Article 243 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (tax evasion on a large scale). The General Prosecutor's Office chose a preventive measure for them in the form of arrest.
