The editor of the website «Narodnya Naviny Vitsebska» Siarhei Serabro was summoned to the administration of GUBOPiK (Directorate for Combating Organized Crime and Corruption) of the Vitsebsk region. For an hour, law enforcers questioned Siarhei Serabro about the protest marches in the city after the presidential election in 2020. The police were interested in whether the journalist had taken part in them and whether he had been held administratively liable for participation in unauthorized mass actions at that time.
