On May 11, Leninsky District Court of the city of Brest, located near the western border of Belarus, sentenced Siarhei Petrukhin to administrative arrest for a video clip from an April action of opponents of the construction of a battery plant near the regional center. Petrukhin was charged with violation of the order of organization and holding of mass events.
