The editor-in-chief of the regional small-circulation newspaper Volny Horad Siarhei Nyarouny was summoned in the evening to report to the Krychau District Police Department urgently on the same day. When the journalist arrived at the police station, they couldn’t find out for a long time who had summoned him and which office he should go to. In the end, he was invited by the deputy head of the police department, Lieutenant Colonel Henadz Andreychankau. After a preventive conversationб Nyarouny was given a fourth written warning to prevent violation of the law. The journalist, signing the sanction, noted that he strongly disagreed with it.
