The police came to the home of Homel-based photographer Siarhei Lysenka for the search. They presented a warrant under Article 342 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus (organisation and preparation of actions that grossly violate public order or active participation in them). As a result of the search, Lysenka’s laptop and smartphone were seized. The law enforcers also questioned the photographer about the local journalist Larysa Shchyrakova and the human rights website Homelskaya Viasna.
