While the journalist was covering a peaceful street action, he was detained by the police and placed in a detention center until the trial. The court found him guilty of violating the law on mass events (Article 23.34 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus) and arrested him for 10 days as a participant of the action.
