On October 23, Siarhei Chabotka, editor of Hrodna-based website s13.by, was detained by police officers on charges of «distribution of extremist materials» (Article 19.11 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus). The editor was kept in custody until the trial. On October 25, the Leninsky District Court of Hrodna found the editor guilty and imposed 15 days of administrative arrest. Judge Hanna Leusik made the judgement.
