The editor of the Hrodna-based website s13.ru Siarhei Chabotka was not released after 15 days of arrest. He was tried again under an administrative article. This time, the Leninsky District Court of Hrodna found him guilty of «violation of the order of organisation or holding of mass events» (Part 1 of Article 24.23 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Republic of Belarus) and again sentenced him to administrative arrest. The case was considered by judge Natalya Harbach.
