On September 28, at 4:23 and 4:24 AM, unknown persons hacked into the Telegram account of Shukhrat Latipov, an investigative journalist of the online media outlet Gazeta.uz. The IP hackers were from Luxembourg (via smartphone) and Turkey (via computer). The journalist is sure that he «was under surveillance by those who do not like his work». As a result of the hack, contacts, correspondence and files were compromised.
