The state inspection confirmed an administrative offence committed by Adjara Public Television and fined the broadcaster GEL 500. Human Rights Education and Monitoring Center (EMC) reported that the state inspection investigated the legal status of the publication of the video containing personal data of Shota (Bacho) Gurabanidze and Giorgi Murvanidze. On July 30, 2020, the inspection found that a video of a confrontation between employees in which it was easy to identify the complainants was broadcast on the television broadcaster's Mtavari program in violation of the law.
