On January 5, 61-year-old Shokhida Salomova, author and administrator of the opposition TV channel Patanatomy of the Country Uz and YouTube channel Shakhina Salomova, who has been kept in a mental hospital for more than a year, was transferred to a psychiatric clinic according to the court decision. Thus, the detention regime was tightened. The reason for the transfer was her refusal to take the prescribed medication. Shokhida refuses to take the medication due to its side effects.
