Shevket Kaybullaev, editor-in-chief of the Avdet newspaper, reported pressure on the printing office where the newspaper was printed. Avdet newspaper was printed in 999 copies and distributed among the activists of the Crimean Tatar movement. Around April 2021, the distribution of the newspaper was stopped. When asked about the reasons, the editor-in-chief of the newspaper Shevket Kaybullayev said that unknown people came to the printing office, where the newspaper was printed, and insistently advised the management of the printing office to stop printing the newspaper. So far, the editorial board has not been able to find a new printing office that would be willing to print the newspaper.
