On February 19, citizen Ara Sukiasyan filed a lawsuit against the site Shamshyan.com demanding an apology for a publication of factual information which was considered libel and insult. The reason for the lawsuit was the placement on the site of an article which contained information about the son of the plaintiff, detained on suspicion of murder. The lawsuit was not accepted. In this connection, the plaintiff appealed to the Appeals Civil Court with a complaint which is under review.
