On 12 January, at the Sarpi border between Georgia and Turkey, Georgian border guards denied entry into Georgia to the Azerbaijani freelance journalist Seymour Hazy without any explanation. The journalist suggests that the reason may be joint work with Afghanistan Mukhtarly, secretly arrested in Georgia by Azerbaijani special services.
