The editor-in-chief of online publication "Abzas Media" has been charged under Article 206.3.3 (smuggling by prior conspiracy of persons) of the Criminal Code. She was detained as a suspect for 48 hours. There is no evidence against Vagifgyzy, the lawyer said. Certain investigative actions will be carried out and by evening the Khatai district court will consider the investigation's submission on arrest. According to her colleagues, she was subjected to violence by the police when detained. After that, she informed her colleagues about her poor health and nausea. It ought to be noted that the director of "Abzas Media" Ulvi Hasanli was detained the day before under the same article of the Criminal Code.
