Sevinj Vagifgizi was detained and physically assaulted as she followed the detained participants and journalists during the protest rally in front of the Central Election Commission. Journalists covering the action were attacked by the police at least 17 times. They faced attacks during the filming of the action, accompanying detained journalists and filming at the hospital "Semashko", where victims came for medical support. At least four journalists were injured that day.
