A group of female family members of political prisoners and opposition activists held a protest in front of the United States Embassy in Baku. They demanded the release of all political prisoners and tried to draw Western diplomats' attention to the problem. Ten minutes after the start of the protest rally, police officers detained Sevinj Sadygova (azel. tv), Salima Jalilova (turan. az) and Matanat Makhmyrzayeva, a member of the Popular Front.
