On April 9, Natig Isbatov, an employee of the 7gun.az news website and Sevinj Sadigova, an employee of the azel.tv website, were taken to the Absheron district police department for violating the quarantine rules while preparing to report from the rally of those who wanted to receive social assistance. Sadigova was released after 2 hours. The next day, Isbatov was found guilty of disobeying police. The court arrested him for 30 days.
