Roskomnadzor issued two warnings to the magazine Seven Arts. The media’s editor-in-chief, Yevgeny Berkovich, reports that «the first one is related to a certain forum post from five years ago. It appears to have been studied by the Sovetsky District Court of Oryol — Oryol region in 2018. The second warning relates to an even older story: the Kaluga District Court — Kaluga Region in 2014 dealt with a guestbook post as far back as 2008. And it, too, was found to be prohibited information in the Russian Federation. The fact that court decisions from 4 and 8 years ago were processed by Roskomnadzor within one week indicates the increased interest of the state in the Portal. We will wait for new court decisions».
