The Yuzhny District Military Court sentenced Server Mustafayev to 14 years in a strict regime colony and a year of restriction of liberty in the second Bakhchisaray Hizb ut-Tahrir case. He was found guilty under Part 2 of Article 205.5 (participation in the activities of a terrorist organization) and Part 1 of Article 30 / Article 278 (preparation of a violent seizure of power) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
