Additional information:
In Kasimov, Ryazan region, administrative supervision violations are fabricated against journalist Sergey Yerzhenkov and his friend, activist Sergey Skoreyev. Yerzhenkov and Skoreyev have been sentenced to 8 months of restricted freedom in a case of vandalism (Article 214 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federati) over the writing «Putin, f*ck you, go away» painted on a local monument to Lenin. The convicts are forbidden to leave Kasimov, change their place of residence, and leave the apartment at night. Because the electronic bracelet is malfunctioning, Skoreyev has already been assigned 20 supervision violations. In the evening of August 3, the first violation was also attributed to Yerzhenkov. This happened despite the fact that both convicts had installed webcams in their flats, broadcasting video to the «cloud» to prove them being present at night. Because of the violations, the convicts can be sent to the colony. Yerzhenkov is the journalist of Ostorozhno Media.
