The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow arrested the editor-in-chief of Mediazona Sergey Smirnov for 25 days. He was found guilty of repeated violation of the order of holding actions (Part 8 of Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). A report was drawn up against the journalist because of a retweet with a joke that he resembled the leader of the group Tarakany Dmitry Spirin. It was seen as «calls to participate in the action on January 23».
