The Butyrsky District Court of Moscow fined Sergey Smirnov, editor-in-chief of Mediazona, RUB 10,000 in the case of failure to perform the duties of a «foreign agent» (Part 1 of Article 19.34.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). Smirnov was punished for the absence of the «foreign agent» mention on his Telegram channel and on YouTube.
