The father of the editor of Protocol Samara Sergey Podsytnik was summoned to the Investigative Committee’s department in the Industrial District of Samara. There, Lieutenant Colonel of Justice Irina Kulik informed Podsytnik’s father that within a week, a case of military «fakes» (Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) would be opened against his son. Podsytnyk has been living abroad for a year and a half. Presumably, the case is going to be opened because of the investigation into the shelling of a vocational school in Makiivka on New Year’s Eve, which was jointly conducted by Protocol Samara and Samara Against War.
