Bloger Sergey Pinyagin who exposed corruption in Temryuksk district of the Krasnodar region fled to Germany. The head of local residence community demand for Pinyagin’s Instagram account to be blocked. The activist was attacked several times, his water and electricity supplies got cut off. Pinyagin was accused in breaking the jaw of a local councilman. The case is in the court; the blogger is claiming that it’s been fabricated.
