In a response letter to Sergey Perkhalsky's article «What's Wrong in the Biography of Deputy Chairman of the Damu Fund Farkhat Sarsekeyev», Farkhat Sarsekeyev answered questions about the facts of his biography related to a car accident in 2005 and promised to go to court «in case of subsequent spreading of information discrediting his honour and dignity in public opinion from the perspective of the law and moral principles of society, and the business reputation of the organization in which he works».
