The Tverskoy District Court of Moscow fined journalist Sergey Parkhomenko under an article for violating the procedure for the activities of a «media foreign agent». The amount of the fine is unknown. The case was registered in court on August 10. In July, Parkhomenko was fined RUB 10,000 under the same article.
