The Moscow court fined journalist Sergey Parkhomenko for the third time for not fulfilling his duties as a «foreign agent» (Part 1 of Article 19.34.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation). The fine amounted to RUB 10,000. Neither Parkhomenko nor his representative were present in court.
