In Oryol, the blogger Sergey Nosov was prosecuted for «fakes» about the army (Part 1 of Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). He is accused of the fact that on April 3, he published on his Telegram channel information about the murders of residents of Bucha and Irpin, as well as a video in which the Russian authorities were accused of committing genocide in Ukraine. Nosov was searched, after which he was released with a summons for interrogation. On July 8, 2022, a court found him guilty of an administrative offenсe under Article 20.2 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation for organizing an anti-war protest and fined him RUB, 30,000.
