The editor-in-chief of the Voĺny Horad newspaper, Sergey Nerovny, was called in by police to “conduct a preventive conversation.” The head of the Krichevsky District Department of Internal Affairs, police lieutenant colonel Lazakovich and his three deputies were waiting for him in his office. They asked Nerovny if he was a Telegram user, who was it that took a photograph of a group of people with a white-red-white flag near the local administration building, which journalist he told about an apartment search etc. They tried to write down his answers, but Sergey refused because it was not explained to him what his legal status was. After a half-hour “conversation”, Nerovny was given an official warning about participating in unauthorised protests.
