The chairman of the district council, Tetyana Tertychna, refused to allow journalists to the session of the Kakhovsky district council, referring to the recommendations of the emergency commission. The journalist of the Kakhovska Zorya (Kakhovka Dawn) newspaper, Serhiy Makogon, was not allowed to attend the session, and only after a threat to contact the police was he allowed to attend the session of the council’s own correspondent of the Novy Den regional newspaper Oleg Baturin.
