Journalist Sergei Loiko was fined 40,000 rubles by the Moscow Savelovsky District Court for failing to provide a report on the activities of a “foreign agent” (part 2 of Article 19.34 of the Administrative Code). Loiko was declared a “foreign agent" in September 2022. In February 2024, a warrant for his arrest was issued by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
