Tatyana M., the owner of the Tulpar horse club, appealed to the police with a demand to bring Sergey Korablev, a correspondent of the Lada newspaper, to administrative responsibility for libel. The applicant believed that the journalist had spread deliberately false information about her in the article «Aktau police investigate cruel treatment of animals and children» (lada.kz, 11.12.2023).
