Three new criminal cases were opened against Komandirov. The blogger was arrested in October 2021 on charges of justifying terrorism (Part 2 of Article 205.2 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) for publishing in the VKontakte community a video «Judge Gramm» about the trial of Putin and Sechin, as well as for offering to support the author of the video with donations. Komandirov is now charged with Part 4 of Article 354.1 (rehabilitation of Nazism), Paragraph A of Part 2 of Article 282 (incitement to hatred or enmity) and Article 319 (insulting a representative of the authorities) of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation for his posts. In total, he faces more than 10 years in prison. In the pre-trial detention center, his health condition has deteriorated significantly and he does not receive medical care.
