Sergey Komandirov, an opposition blogger from Smolensk, complained in an open letter from the detention center that he has not received medical care for seven months. According to the blogger, he needs the help of a neurologist: he had an exacerbation of tinnitus — a strong ringing in the right ear. According to Komandirov, the head of the detention center responded to his requests for medical care: «Sergey, do you realize where you are?».
