The administrator of an anti-war Telegram channel Sergey Drugov was detained while trying to leave Petrozavodsk. He spent the night at the detention center and was fined RUB 1,500 under an article on the display of prohibited symbols (Article 20.3 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation) for publishing an image with two crossed letters Z on his Telegram channel. Earlier, he was prosecuted for spreading «fakes» about the Russian army (Article 207.3 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation) and desecration of symbols of Russian military glory (Part 4 of Article 354.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). On September 17, Drugov’s apartment was searched in the case. On that day, he was released after he signed an undertaking to appear for interrogation.
