The police drew up a protocol on the dissemination of false information (Part 9 of Article 13.15 of the Administrative Code) against Dobryshkin (the author of the Zloy Ecolog (Evil Ecologist) YouTube channel) for the video about the shaman Alexander Gabyshev. The video was telling about the detention of Gabyshev and his forced placement in a psychiatric dispensary. The prosecutor's office considered the information from the video unreliable, since, in its opinion, Gabyshev signed a voluntary consent to hospitalization upon arrival at the dispensary. The case was dropped in June.
