The Leninsky District Court of Minsk has recognised the accounts of blogger and creator of the Telegram channel "Maya Kraina Belarus" (My Country Belarus), Siarhei Bespalov, as extremist informational material. His pages have been added to the Republican List of Extremist Materials on the Ministry of Information’s website: the TikTok account “beslive” (identifier: tiktok.com/@beslive), the YouTube channel Bes Live (identifier: youtube.com/@beslive), and the Instagram account “artasok” (identifier: instagram.com/artasok). Under Belarusian law, the distribution and storage of materials deemed extremist entail administrative liability for both publishers and users.
