Sergey Belyaev was detained together with other political activists with leaflets against the amendments to the Constitution. At the police station, he was physically assaulted and threatened with violence. Belyaev was released with a protocol under Article 5.12 of the Code of Administrative Offences of the Russian Federation (illegal campaigning).
