Police detained journalist Sergei Poznyakov next to the editorial office of the newspaper “Communists of Russia” in Moscow. They took him to the police station where police informed him that two protocols initiated against him. First one is under the article on non-fulfilment of the lawful requirement of the police officer, and the second is for violating the self-isolation regime.
