The Chairman of the Public Council Stepan Safarian filed a lawsuit against the website 168.am - LLC '168.zham' - and its founder Satik Seyranyan with demands to publicly refute the information that is defamatory, to remove article from the website and to compensate the damage caused to the honour, dignity and business reputation. The reason for the lawsuit was an article published on the website in which Russian journalist Vladimir Solovyov was accused of insulting remarks against Stepan Safarian. The court started the proceeding.
