Saparkhan Khakimov, an online activist and public activist, resident of Zhitikara in the Kostanay Region, was fined about USD 1,600 by an administrative offence court ruling that came into force. The court found the activist guilty of libel accusing a person of committing a corrupt, grave, or especially grave offence.
